By accessing and using Kamelion AI Brand Assistant ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content Ownership
All content generated through the Service remains the intellectual property of the user, subject to the underlying AI model's terms of service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or misleading content, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kamelion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
2. Credit Purchases
Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been used or partially used are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@kamelion.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
